1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of India to use this platform. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate.

2. Account Responsibilities

• Keep your password secure and do not share your account with others.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Property Listings

• You may only list properties that you own or have legal authority to list.
• All listing information must be accurate, current, and not misleading.
• Duplicate listings, spam listings, or fake properties are strictly prohibited.
• We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates these terms without notice.

4. Prohibited Activities

• Posting fraudulent, misleading, or illegal property listings
• Harassing other users or engaging in abusive communication
• Scraping, crawling, or bulk-downloading data from the platform
• Attempting to access accounts or data that does not belong to you

5. Premium Services

Premium plans are non-refundable once activated. Premium status is account-level and non-transferable. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 7 days' notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

HamaraMakaan is a listing platform. We do not verify ownership of listed properties and are not party to any transaction between buyers and sellers. We are not liable for any financial loss arising from transactions made through the platform.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
