• Account Data: Name, email, phone number, city, and role (buyer/seller/agent) when you register.
• Property Data: Listing details, photos, and location information you submit when posting a property.
• Usage Data: Pages visited, searches performed, and features used — collected anonymously for improving the platform.
• Payment Data: We use Razorpay for payments. We do not store your card or bank details on our servers.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account
• To display your listings to potential buyers
• To send OTPs and important account notifications via email
• To improve platform features and fix issues
• To prevent fraud and maintain platform safety

3. Sharing of Data

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Your contact details (name, phone) are shown to other logged-in users only when you post a property. We may share anonymised data with analytics providers.

4. Data Security

Passwords are stored as BCrypt hashes — never in plain text. All API communication uses HTTPS. We apply rate limiting and OTP expiry to protect your account.

5. Your Rights

You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing hamaramakaanproperties@gmail.com. We will process your request within 7 working days.
